2020 Note: Hi Everyone! Thanks for your support with our journey. Due to the pandemic situation, there may be a delay with the processing and delivery of your order. However, we are still working hard to fulfil everything during this pandemic for you all! 

Our shipping company has notified us that there may be a few weeks delay in the deliver of international order. This is unfortunately the case for shipping parcels all over the world. Please be aware of this before placing your order. 

In addition, due to unprecedented demand in the past few weeks, please allow up to 3 working days for customer service response. Our team is working very hard to get everything done.

What straws do you offer?

At the moment, we offer stainless steel and glass straws. After further development, we will be looking forward to paper, bamboo, and silicon ones too. Please let us know through our Instagram or Email if you'd like to try those out!

How do I clean my straws?

We recommend for you to use your specialized cleaning brush for your straws. Please rinse and clean after each use to prolong straw life.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5.99 or FREE for orders over $25. 

How long will shipping take? 

Processing time:

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies between 1-6 working days.

We are able to ship internationally but please be aware of the delivery times before you order.

Here are the estimated delivery times:

North America: 2-5 weeks.

Europe: 2-4 weeks.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks.

Asia & Others: 2-5 weeks.

We will do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. If you have ordered multiple different items, they may arrive at different times as we have different international manufacturers.

Currently, we only have a small influence on manufacturers on the shipping packaging however, we have continued to request as less plastics as possible with our other suppliers. A side goal of ours is to make ALL shipping plastic-free too! After further development, we are sure that it will be possible. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

What if I enter the wrong shipping address? 

Please ensure that address entered at checkout is correct as we are not responsible in the case of an item that is returned to us due to an incorrect address or otherwise unable to be delivered. 

If you wish to update the shipping address of an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@bobastrawstore.com and we will do our best to accomodate. 

Help! I need to cancel my order!

Please email us at BobaStrawStore@gmail.com and we will be able to cancel and refund your order if your items have not been shipped. 
We may ship your item as soon as it’s been ordered so please double check before confirming the order.

Please be aware that a processing fee of 5% will incur with a refund so please make sure you are sure of your order first before confirming!
